Bio

Donna Patton is the youngest of three children in her family, and she has grown up in Rock Island, Tennessee all her life with her siblings and her parents. While some of her interests started off being geared toward music and theater acting, she started writing fanfiction when she was in high school, and over time, she began to write her own stories. Donna usually writes romance and fairytales or fantasy stories, but she eventually branched out to writing suspense and murder mystery. She went to a junior college called Motlow Community College for three years, and she graduated with her Associates Degree in English in the year of 2013. After that, Donna went to Tennessee Tech University for another three years, and she graduated with her B.A. degree in English in the year of 2016. For the last five years or so, she has been searching for a Christian publisher who would be interested in her work and who would want to see her readers invested in Christian fiction, regardless of their religious background. Donna enjoys writing a good story with strong characters and possibly a moral that the readers can take away with them when the story comes to an end. Her main goal with her writing is to help people see who God really is and how much He loves everyone through the death of His Son, Jesus Christ through her characters and what kind of relationship they can have with Him. Donna also wants to lead certain individuals to change their ways and to be the kind of people that God wants them to be in real life. She has always believed that her writing is a gift God has blessed her with, and she wishes to use it to give Him glory in this world. Donna is so grateful for the opportunity to publish one of her short stories in a Crazy Buffet with other talented writers in this group. She hopes that everyone enjoys her short story and allow her to do another one for the next volume. Many thanks to God for her gift and His grace, her family, and friends who always encouraged her. Happy reading, everyone!
